Firm wins SCOTUS federal officials’ immunity case

The U.S. Supreme Court rejected claims against former government officials for detaining individuals of interest to the September 11, 2001 terrorism investigation.  Jeffrey Lamken argued this closely watched case on behalf of federal prison officials.
