ML secures New York Supreme Court win for client Axonic

In a victory for our client Axonic, New York’s Appellate Division, First Department vacated the decision below in a contract dispute over the treatment of $400 million in payments in 36 RMBS trusts.  ML’s Justin Ellis, Eugene Sokoloff, and Alex Eynon successfully argued for the First Department to remand the case for a trial on the merits.
