MoloLamken is delighted to welcome back Eric Posner!

Eric returns to the firm after serving as Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General for the Antitrust Division of the Justice Department. He is a renowned legal scholar whose research interests include antitrust law, financial regulation, and contract law. Eric serves as the Kirkland & Ellis Distinguished Service Professor of Law at the University of Chicago Law School and the Arthur and Esther Kane Research Chair.
