Bonnie St. Charles

Bonnie St. Charles represents both plaintiffs and defendants in trial and appellate courts across the country. She has extensive experience in disputes involving business torts, intellectual property, antitrust, data privacy, product liability, and other complex matters. She also has represented clients in international disputes before arbitral panels. 

Ms. St. Charles is an efficient litigator who adds value at any stage of a case. She has handled pre-suit investigation and counseling, drafted complaints, managed discovery (including foreign-language document review), briefed and argued motions before trial courts, and negotiated settlements. 

Prior to joining MoloLamken, Ms. St. Charles clerked for the Honorable Travis R. McDonough of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee and the Honorable Joshua P. Kolar of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. She previously worked as a litigation associate at Sidley Austin LLP in Chicago.

  • Represented French materials manufacturers in toxic tort litigation in state court

  • Represented a motor engine manufacturer in class action litigation that included fraud and breach of warranty claims

  • Represented an animal genetics company as both a plaintiff and defendant in patent infringement and antitrust litigation in federal court

  • Represented independent directors of a healthcare company in securities fraud litigation in federal court
