Eric Rolston

Eric Rolston focuses on complex civil and criminal litigation in state and federal courts. He contributes to every stage of the case, including conducting in-depth factual and legal research, drafting motions and briefs, developing case strategy, managing discovery, and preparing for argument and trial.

Prior to joining MoloLamken, Mr. Rolston served as a law clerk to the Honorable Nicholas G. Garaufis of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. During law school, Mr. Rolston was a New York State Pro Bono Scholar, litigating consumer protection class actions relating to higher education lending. He was also a research assistant to Professors Kathryn Judge & Lynnise Pantin, assisting with research relating to banking, financial market regulation and the connection between law and economic development.

Before attending law school, Mr. Rolston worked as a municipal advisor and financial analyst. He provided financial advisory and consulting services to public and private colleges and universities, performing arts institutions, legal defense organizations, and other nonprofit institutions. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
