Harry Larson

Harry Larson is an experienced litigator on both the trial and appellate levels. He has argued and briefed a winning case in the Tenth Circuit and has drafted dispositive motions and prepared and examined witnesses in state and federal trial courts and arbitration proceedings.

Prior to joining MoloLamken, Mr. Larson served as a law clerk to the Honorable Patricia Ann Millett of the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and the Honorable Jed S. Rakoff of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Before that, he worked as an associate at Quinn, Emanuel, Urquhart & Sullivan and as a law fellow for the American Law Institute.

Prior to law school, Mr. Larson worked as an analyst for Cornerstone Research, where he worked with expert witnesses to prepare testimony on damages and other economic issues.

Admitted only in Illinois; practice supervised by members of the D.C. bar.

  • Physician group and private equity investor in non-compete dispute against investors in former surgery center
  • Individual sentenced as a juvenile to life without parole in successful bid for resentencing to a term of years
