Jared Looper
Jared Looper focuses on intellectual property and complex commercial litigation at the trial and appellate levels.
Mr. Looper has experience representing clients from the inception of a case through trial and appeal. He contributes at all stages—developing case strategy, researching and briefing a broad range of legal issues, conducting factual investigations and discovery, working with experts, and arguing critical motions, including a successful motion to dismiss.
Prior to joining MoloLamken, Mr. Looper clerked for the Honorable Sharon Prost of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the Honorable Mark C. Scarsi of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. He also worked as an associate at Irell & Manella LLP.
