Peter Douglas

Peter Douglas’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation at both the trial and appellate levels in both state and federal courts. His practice encompasses a broad range of subject matters, including complex business litigation and white-collar criminal defense.

Prior to joining MoloLamken, Mr. Douglas served as a law clerk to the Honorable David F. Hamilton of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and to the Honorable Joan Humphrey Lefkow of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
