Pratik K. Raj Ghosh

Pratik K. Raj Ghosh is a creative and solution-oriented litigator who has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts across the country. His practice spans a broad range of subject matters, including intellectual property, bankruptcy and restructuring, and other commercial disputes.

Mr. Raj Ghosh is a skilled advocate who routinely manages complex cases from the pleading stage through motion practice and trial. He has tried cases to verdict, taken and defended numerous depositions, argued dozens of motions, managed discovery in a wide range of cases involving complex subject matters, and worked with a variety of experts. 

Before joining MoloLamken, Mr. Raj Ghosh clerked for the Honorable Philip M. Halpern of the United States District Court of the Southern District of New York. He previously worked as an associate at Kirkland & Ellis.

  • A paper company in a bankruptcy proceeding investigating challenged asset purchases and divestitures and obtaining approval of settlement and confirmation of the company’s plan of reorganization
  • A group of Texas residents challenging the removal of certain books from local libraries on First Amendment grounds who obtained a preliminary injunction reinstated access to the removed books
  • An incarcerated individual in a resentencing proceeding who obtained a reduced sentence of time served
